Control regulators are often installed in panels beside analysers, mass flow controllers and shut-off valves, where space is limited and vibration is low. Many of our customers specify a gauge port on both sides of the regulator, a lockable adjusting knob and a body with a panel nut so settings cannot be changed by accident. Where oxygen purity must be preserved, we can offer stainless steel diaphragms, electropolished surfaces and metal-seated shut-off devices on the outlet. Because process conditions vary, we suggest recording the set pressure after commissioning and checking it again after the first week of operation, when seats and seals have fully bedded in.
