Consumables such as tips, nozzles and seals wear out with use, so keep a small stock of them. Check the tip face for burrs or blockages after each shift. Hoses should be inspected for cuts, cracks or burn marks, and replaced if damaged. Keep the full set clean and dry, and store it away from corrosive atmospheres.
