Specialty Gas LN₂ from REAL GAZ refers to liquid nitrogen produced and handled to a tighter specification than ordinary technical grade, with oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons kept low enough for sensitive processes.
It is typically offered at 99.999 % purity (grade 5.0) with certificates for the specific lot.

Analysis is performed under ISO 17025 procedures, quality is managed under ISO 9001 and cryogenic vessels follow EN 13458.

Typical impurity limits for the high-purity liquid are oxygen below 3 ppm, water below 3 ppm and total hydrocarbons below 0.5 ppm, with exact values on the certificate. To maintain these values, the delivery hoses, transfer lines and receiving vessel should be purged and dedicated to high-purity service. Customers installing point-of-use filters or getter purifiers can reach even lower trace levels, and we can advise on line material, orbital welding and leak-tight connections. Because liquid nitrogen is also the source of high-purity gas, many customers use a vessel with a vaporiser to feed analysers, gloveboxes and glove-port enclosures directly. This avoids cylinder changes, keeps the supply pressure steady and removes the risk of pressure decay at the end of a cylinder. For stable results, set the vessel pressure to the lowest level that still meets your flow demand, and log the vessel contents so that refills are never left to the last moment.
