Specialty Gas LHe from REAL GAZ is liquid helium prepared for users who cannot accept variable purity or unpredictable boil-off. Helium liquefies at about 4.2 K (−269 °C), which makes it the only practical coolant for superconducting and quantum systems.

Specialty-grade liquid helium differs from ordinary technical product mainly in what is left out: oxygen, nitrogen, neon, hydrogen and water are held to trace levels, because any frozen impurity can block a transfer line or foul a cold head. Our technical team will discuss your cryostat, the expected fill volume and your tolerance for impurities before the first delivery, so the product matches the instrument.
Storage matters as much as supply. Keep dewars upright, away from direct heat and in a ventilated, level area, and never block the vent path. Record the date of receipt and the level gauge reading so that boil-off can be tracked over time; a sudden rise usually points to a vacuum problem that we can investigate together with you.
