R-410A Cylinder โ correctly rated cylinders for high-pressure refrigerant
An R-410A Cylinder from REAL GAZ is a pressure vessel engineered and tested for a refrigerant whose vapour pressure is far above that of R-22.
We focus on cylinder condition, valve type and fill accuracy, so the refrigerant reaches the site safely.
We focus on cylinder condition, valve type and fill accuracy, so the refrigerant reaches the site safely.
Cylinders follow ISO 9809 or EN 1964 design, TPED marking and ADR transport rules, suitable for service and installation work.
๐ญ Where R-410A Cylinders Are Used
- ๐ง Field service vans โ engineers carry mid-size cylinders for recharging after leak repair on split systems;
- ๐ Residential installation โ installers charge new heat pumps and air conditioners to the manufacturer's specified weight;
- โป๏ธ Recovery and reclaim โ dedicated recovery cylinders collect used refrigerant for regeneration;
- ๐ญ Plant maintenance โ maintenance teams keep a stocked cylinder at the site for emergency top-ups.
๐ก Why Choose REAL GAZ
- โ Pressure-rated vessels โ design pressure suits the demands of R-410A at high ambient temperature;
- ๐งช Clean interior โ cylinders are inspected and dried before they are filled;
- ๐ฏ Suitable valves โ valve and thread options match common manifold gauge hoses;
- ๐ Periodic inspection โ test dates are checked so only in-date cylinders leave our site;
- ๐ Certificate of Analysis (CoA) โ supplied with every order.
๐ฌ Quality Control & Safety
- visual inspection of body, neck and foot ring;
- hydrostatic test date verification;
- accurate net-weight filling with tare checks;
- valve leak testing and sealed-cap fitting.
Cylinders comply with ADR / UN transport rules and relevant EN/ISO standards.
โ๏ธ Trusted Gas Solutions
Never fill a cylinder beyond its permitted filling ratio โ liquid expansion with temperature can create dangerous hydrostatic pressure. Cylinders must be kept upright or secured, away from sunlight and radiators, and never heated with a flame. Disposable cylinders must not be refilled, and recovered refrigerant must not be mixed in a recovery cylinder without identification. Our staff can explain the labelling you will find on each vessel.
Cylinders are available in refillable and, where the market allows, non-refillable formats; each type has its own marking, and we will explain which applies to you. A typical technician's cylinder holds about 11 to 13 kg of refrigerant, while a recovery cylinder is usually larger with a float switch connection to prevent overfilling. Keep a protective cap on the valve whenever the cylinder is not in use, and inspect the valve outlet thread for damage before connecting a hose. Date stamps on the shoulder show when the next periodic inspection is due, and cylinders beyond that date must be returned for requalification.
REAL GAZ supplies every R-410A Cylinder with documentation for customers in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Uzbekistan and the USA, including labelled hazard information.
