Laboratory R-410A β€” documented refrigerant for research and testing
Laboratory R-410A from REAL GAZ is offered in compact cylinders for academic, testing and calibration work involving high-pressure refrigeration cycles.
Cylinders are evacuated, filled by weight and tested so the gas performs consistently in your rig.
REAL GAZ supplies this product with practice aligned to ISO 17025 and refrigerant classification under ISO 817, suitable for university and testing-house laboratories.

🏭 Where Laboratory R-410A Is Used
  • πŸŽ“ Thermodynamics teaching β€” students plot pressure–enthalpy cycles using a real refrigerant circuit;
  • 🧊 Heat-pump development β€” engineers test defrost strategies and seasonal performance under controlled air conditions;
  • πŸ§ͺ Lubricant studies β€” POE oil miscibility and viscosity changes are examined at working pressures;
  • πŸ“‘ Sensor trials β€” infrared and semiconductor detectors are checked for response to R-410A leaks.

πŸ’‘ Why Choose REAL GAZ
  • βœ… Small pack options β€” less gas is left unused after a test series;
  • πŸ§ͺ Dry refrigerant β€” water content is controlled so it does not skew oil tests;
  • 🎯 Stable supply β€” repeat orders keep the same specification across a project;
  • πŸ”’ Safe delivery β€” cylinders ship capped, labelled and secured;
  • πŸ“„ Certificate of Analysis (CoA) β€” supplied with every order.

πŸ”¬ Quality Control & Safety
  • pre-fill evacuation to remove air and moisture;
  • weighed filling on calibrated scales;
  • composition analysis of the blend;
  • valve seat and cap leak checks.
Cylinders comply with ADR / UN transport rules and relevant EN/ISO standards.

βš™οΈ Trusted Gas Solutions
In the laboratory, R-410A should be handled behind guards where high-pressure glass or flexible hoses are used, and pressure relief devices must be fitted to rigs. Ventilation is required because the gas is heavier than air and can accumulate at floor level. Decomposition in contact with open flames or hot surfaces produces toxic and corrosive products, so smoking and welding are prohibited in the test area.
Before experiments, read the safety data sheet and plan the rig: include a pressure relief valve set below the lowest-rated component, use braided stainless hoses where vibration is expected, and check the whole circuit for leaks with nitrogen before introducing refrigerant. Oil analysis is easier if you take samples after each test stage, and record the water content with a Karl Fischer titration or an in-line moisture indicator. After the programme ends, recover any remaining gas into a clearly labelled cylinder and return it to us for reclamation, which keeps your laboratory compliant and tidy. Ask about reference documents for your ethics, safety or quality committees; we will provide what the product supports.
REAL GAZ supports laboratories in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Uzbekistan and the USA with Laboratory R-410A and practical advice on storage and handling.
