An Oxygen Gas Cylinder from REAL GAZ is a seamless steel vessel, cleaned for oxygen service, filled with a specified grade and fitted with a valve matched to your regulator.
Common water capacities are 2, 5, 10, 20, 40 and 50 litres, and a 50 litre cylinder at 200 bar holds roughly 10 cubic metres of gas.

Cylinders are designed to ISO 9809-1, approved under TPED 2010/35/EU and fitted with valves to EN ISO 10297, with outlets such as DIN 477 No. 9 or CGA 540 on request.
Every cylinder carries stamped data: manufacturer, serial number, working and test pressure, water capacity, tare weight and the date of the last periodic test. Steel cylinders are normally requalified every ten years, and our fill stations refuse any cylinder that is out of date or visibly damaged. The valve has a protective cap or collar, which must stay in place during transport, and the outlet thread is designed so that oxygen equipment cannot be connected to fuel gas by mistake.

Before connecting a regulator, check that the connection is free of dust and oil, crack the valve briefly to blow away debris, then fit the regulator and open the valve slowly. When the cylinder is empty, close the valve, keep a little residual pressure inside to prevent contamination, refit the cap and arrange collection.
