Each oxygen cylinder supplied by REAL GAZ is built, tested and prepared specifically for oxygen service. An Oxygen Cylinder from us is cleaned to remove oils, filled to its rated pressure and fitted with the correct outlet connection.

REAL GAZ supplies this product according to EN ISO 9809-1 cylinder design, EN ISO 24431 fill practice, TPED conformity and EN ISO 11114 material compatibility, suitable for industrial and laboratory use.
Typical cylinders are made of seamless steel and hold 10 to 50 litres of water capacity, with working pressures of 150, 200 or 300 bar. Larger capacity cylinders provide more gas per delivery, while smaller ones are easier for mobile teams to move by hand trolley.

Transport cylinders with valve guards or caps in place, never roll them or drop them, and store full and empty cylinders separately. Keep oxygen apart from fuel gases by at least the distance set by local fire regulations.
