Selecting a LOX cylinder starts with the way you withdraw product. Gas-use cylinders pass liquid through an internal vaporiser and deliver oxygen at a set working pressure, typically up to 10 or 16 bar. Liquid-use models allow decanting into smaller vessels. Combined models serve both. Position cylinders on level ground, limit tilting during transport, and never block the vent or relief outlet. Normal slow pressure rise and venting during idle periods is expected behaviour, so install cylinders where this oxygen can disperse safely.
