Cylinders follow ISO 9809 and EN 1964, and pressure accessories are selected under EN ISO 2503 and PED requirements.
Carbon dioxide becomes supercritical above 31 °C and 73.8 bar, and this state combines gas-like penetration with liquid-like solvent power. Process users therefore need High Pressure CO₂ with low water, low hydrocarbons and a stable supply line, because impurities concentrate in the extract or the coating. REAL GAZ can supply dip-tube cylinders for liquid feed to a pump, plus manifolds, check valves and regulators matched to the working pressure. Where a process runs above the cylinder's own vapour pressure, a booster pump on the user side is normal, and we advise on safe connection and relief arrangements.
