Designs reference ISO 10297, EN ISO 7291 and ISO 5145 valve outlet connections, suitable for factory and site installation.
For high-flow gases such as nitrogen or argon, the header bore is increased and pigtails are kept short to limit pressure drop and cold spots. For toxic or flammable gases, we recommend purge connections and excess-flow protection. Wall or floor brackets, cylinder chains and a drip loop on the outlet line are available as accessories.
Maintenance is simple. Check pigtail threads and washers when cylinders are changed, test joints with a leak-detection fluid approved for the gas, and replace worn gaskets rather than overtightening. Keep spare pigtails and a labelled blanking plug on site so that a damaged line can be isolated while replacement parts are fitted.
