Fibre laser cutters usually need nitrogen at 10 to 20 bar or higher for thick sheet, so the regulator must be rated for the correct inlet and outlet pressure and flow. Laboratories use much lower pressures, typically a few bar for purge and carrier lines. We ask about the machine, the nozzle size and the expected consumption, then propose the appropriate Yildiz model and the supply format, whether individual 50 litre cylinders, bundles or a cryogenic tank. Operators should always secure the cylinder upright, open the valve slowly and confirm the outlet setting before starting the machine, and we supply a simple instruction card for that purpose.
