Yildiz equipment is widely known in Turkey and neighbouring markets, which means service engineers often already hold spare diaphragms and gauges. We stock the common wear items and can often match older units to current replacements. Typical settings for nitrogen work are 0 to 10 bar for pneumatic tools and 0 to 25 bar for laser cutting, with 0 to 200 bar gauges on the cylinder side. Gauges are fitted with a blow-out back, so that a failed Bourdon tube vents safely away from the operator. Before first use, we recommend checking that the adjusting screw is fully backed off, then opening the cylinder valve slowly while standing to the side of the gauge faces.
Check the inlet fitting against your cylinder before ordering: DIN 477 No. 10, W24.32 and CGA 580 are all in use. If you are unsure, send a photograph of the valve outlet and we will confirm the right pairing.
