📦 Handling & Storage of Acetylene Blends
Use a stainless steel two-stage regulator that has been purged with the balance gas, and keep tubing as short as possible to avoid adsorption of the low-level component. Do not use the cylinder below the minimum pressure printed on the certificate, since concentration may drift as the cylinder empties. Store the cylinder at room temperature, away from direct sun, and re-certify or replace it at the expiry date shown, especially when it is used for regulatory or accredited measurements.
