In a blasting cabinet, 1 mm micro-pellets clean connector pins and sensor surfaces without scratching, while 3 mm pellets handle heavier deposits on moulds and rollers. With Precision Dry Ice, every batch is checked for size distribution, hardness and moisture, and we keep samples for comparison if a result changes. The pellets are packed in thick insulated boxes, filled to a stated weight, with enough free volume for gas escape. Where a customer cannot tolerate dust, we use a gentler packaging path that reduces handling. Staff should also store the product in vented containers and never in a sealed freezer.
