OXYGEN REGULATOR โ2 โ clean, steady oxygen pressure control
Oxygen Regulator โ2 from REAL GAZ is a pressure reducer designed to bring full cylinder pressure down to a stable working pressure for cutting, brazing and process use. Every unit is built from oxygen-compatible brass with seats and diaphragms chosen to resist ignition.
Each regulator is degreased and assembled in a hydrocarbon-free environment, then tested for outlet stability, creep and external leakage before release. Typical inlet ratings cover 200 bar and 300 bar cylinders, with outlet ranges selected to suit the task.

REAL GAZ supplies this regulator according to EN ISO 2503, ISO 9090 and EN ISO 10297 valve-connection practice, suitable for workshop and site use.
๐ญ Where Oxygen Regulators Are Used
- โ๏ธ Oxygen cutting โ feeds the cutting torch with a constant pressure so kerf width and edge quality stay consistent through a long shift;
- ๐ฌ Brazing and soldering โ gives fitters fine control of the oxygen flow needed for small, precise flames;
- ๐ฅ Workshop maintenance โ supports portable kits where a technician needs reliable pressure from a single 10 or 20 litre cylinder;
- ๐ Process and laboratory feeds โ delivers a calm supply to furnaces, burners and test rigs that depend on repeatable oxygen flow.
๐ก Why Choose REAL GAZ
- โ Oxygen-clean build โ components are cleaned to oxygen-service levels and sealed in protective bags before dispatch;
- ๐งช Stable outlet โ a balanced seat keeps delivery pressure steady as the cylinder empties;
- ๐ฏ Readable gauges โ dual dials with clear scales show cylinder content and working pressure at a glance;
- ๐ Robust housing โ forged brass bodies and protected gauges tolerate rough workshop handling;
- ๐ Certificate of Analysis (CoA) โ supplied with every order.
๐ฌ Quality Control & Safety
- multi-stage degreasing and oxygen-clean assembly;
- outlet pressure and creep testing on every regulator;
- helium or soap-film leak testing of seals and joints;
- visual inspection of threads, seats and gauge faces.
Always open the cylinder valve slowly, never use oil or grease on any oxygen fitting, and fit a flashback arrestor downstream. Cylinders comply with ADR / UN transport rules and relevant EN/ISO standards.
Selection notes: choose an outlet range that places your normal working pressure in the middle third of the dial, since accuracy and seat life are best there. For light brazing a low-pressure range of up to 4 bar is usual, while heavy cutting often needs 10 bar or more. Check that the inlet connection matches the cylinder valve outlet, and never adapt a regulator from another gas. Replace the regulator, rather than repair it in the field, if the gauge needle fails to return to zero, if the outlet pressure creeps upwards with the torch closed, or if any sign of burning or discolouration appears near the seat.
