Cylinders are made to ISO 9809 and EN ISO 11120 principles, carry TPED markings and are valved for workshop and laboratory connection types.
A 50 litre cylinder at 200 bar holds roughly 10 cubic metres of gas at atmospheric pressure, while a 10 litre cylinder suits benchtop and mobile applications. Nitrogen cylinders are normally finished with a black body and dark green shoulder under EN 1089-3. Valves are brass or stainless for high purity use, with DIN 477 or other national outlet standards fitted according to the destination market.

Secure each cylinder with a chain or bracket and move it with a trolley while the valve cap is fitted. Open the valve slowly, check connections with approved leak-detection fluid, and close the valve when work stops. Return empty cylinders with a little residual pressure left to keep them clean. Keep a log of cylinder numbers on delivery, so that exchange and refill records stay accurate and any query about a particular fill can be answered quickly.
