Store hydrocarbons away from oxygen cylinders, keep ignition sources out of the area, and post clear signs. We also provide safety data sheets in the language your staff need and can arrange refresher guidance for new operators.
Choosing between fuel and feedstock grades depends on the sensitivity of the process. A furnace burner tolerates small amounts of other hydrocarbons, but a polymerisation reactor does not accept sulphur, moisture or acetylene above ppm limits because these poison catalysts. State your process at enquiry and we will recommend the right grade, together with filters or dryers if needed. Where several gases are used on one site, we coordinate deliveries so that cylinder movements are planned and minimised. For larger consumers we also discuss bulk storage, tank supply and vaporiser sizing, so that a growing site can move from cylinders to a more economical supply format at the right moment. Delivery schedules can be fixed weekly or monthly, with emergency top-up orders handled when production unexpectedly increases.
