High Purity Hydrocarbon Gas Distributor โ clean sources for sensitive processes
As a high purity hydrocarbon gas distributor, REAL GAZ supplies methane, ethane, propane, ethylene and acetylene in research and ultra-high purity grades, typically from 99.95% up to 99.999% depending on the species.
Distribution covers the whole chain from manufacturer selection to delivery of the sealed cylinder.
Distribution covers the whole chain from manufacturer selection to delivery of the sealed cylinder.
Grades are verified in line with ISO 6142 principles and ISO 17025 laboratory practice, suitable for research and high-technology use.
๐ญ Where High Purity Hydrocarbon Gases Are Used
- โ๏ธ Analytical instruments โ high purity methane and propane serve as ionisation and combustion references;
- ๐ฌ Materials research โ methane and acetylene feed chemical vapour deposition for carbon coatings and nanomaterials;
- ๐ฅ Mass spectrometry โ reagent gases for chemical ionisation require low oxygen and water content;
- ๐ Surface engineering โ carburising and plasma processes depend on repeatable hydrocarbon purity.
๐ก Why Choose REAL GAZ
- โ Verified grades โ certificates list the principal impurities rather than just a headline purity;
- ๐งช Selected producers โ only qualified manufacturers and refined lots are used;
- ๐ฏ Compatible hardware โ stainless steel regulators and clean fittings protect the purity downstream;
- ๐ Sealed delivery โ cylinders leave with protected valves and tamper-evident labelling;
- ๐ Certificate of Analysis (CoA) โ supplied with every order.
๐ฌ Quality Control & Safety
- multi-stage purification at the source;
- impurity analysis for oxygen, moisture and total hydrocarbons;
- cylinder preparation by evacuation and purging;
- leak testing and pressure integrity checks.
Cylinders comply with ADR / UN transport rules and relevant EN/ISO standards; high purity valves are specified to prevent back-diffusion of air.
โ๏ธ Trusted Gas Solutions
REAL GAZ is a high purity hydrocarbon gas distributor serving laboratories, universities and technology companies in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Uzbekistan and the USA. We advise on purifiers, pressure regulators and line purging so the quality printed on the certificate is the quality that reaches your instrument.
Purity can be lost after the cylinder is connected, not only before. Use diaphragm regulators with metal seals, short stainless steel or electropolished lines, and purge the regulator several times before opening the cylinder valve. Keep the cylinder at room temperature, and do not use the last 10 bar of the contents for critical work, because impurities concentrate as the cylinder empties.
Typical grades include methane 5.5 for detector reference work, ethylene 3.5 for synthesis research and propane 3.5 for instrument fuel use, where the number before the point shows the count of nines and the figure after it the final digit. Each certificate states the actual impurities measured, such as nitrogen, oxygen, water and other hydrocarbons, so you can judge whether a grade fits your process. We also supply stainless steel cylinder valves with a diaphragm design for the cleanest possible delivery. If your work is sensitive to a particular contaminant, name it in the enquiry, and we will select a lot and a certificate format that reports it explicitly instead of leaving you to assume it is absent.
REAL GAZ โ purity maintained from cylinder to experiment.
