Equipment follows ISO 11120, EN ISO 10297 valve requirements and ISO 9809-1, suitable for pressure testing and process use.
Higher fill pressure matters wherever flow is large or space is limited. A 50 litre cylinder at 300 bar delivers about 50 per cent more gas than at 200 bar, and a 12-cylinder bundle can feed a laser or a leak-test bench for a full shift. Because pressure and heat are linked, we fill slowly and allow for temperature so that the stated pressure is correct once the cylinder cools.

Use only regulators and hoses rated above the cylinder pressure, and open valves slowly to avoid heat from rapid compression. Keep bundles on level ground, restrained, and never connect to equipment whose maximum allowable pressure is unknown. Our staff can supply a short checklist with each first order. Remember that stored energy at 300 bar is substantial, so only trained personnel should connect hoses, and a protective cage is advised for test benches.
