High Pressure LHe usually describes one of two needs: liquid helium delivered from a dewar with controlled overpressure for transfer, or helium gas at high pressure produced from the liquid. REAL GAZ supports both and clarifies the specification before the order is placed.

Pressure equipment follows EN 13458, ISO 21029, EN 1626 and, for gas cylinders, ISO 9809, with ADR transport.
Liquid helium is transferred by applying a small overpressure, typically a fraction of a bar, using a controlled supply of helium gas; dewars are fitted with relief valves to protect against over-pressurisation. Where customers need gas at 200 or 300 bar, helium is vaporised and compressed into certified cylinders or bundles. Never fill or pressurise a dewar beyond its marked working pressure, and always use a regulator that suits helium.
Supercritical helium, held above 5.2 K and 2.3 bar, is sometimes used in specialised cooling circuits and test rigs. If your project involves such conditions, tell us early. We will not supply beyond the rated limits of any container, and we will explain which parts of your design should be handled by qualified pressure-equipment engineers.
