Design and testing follow ISO 9809-1 for quenched and tempered steel, ISO 7866 for aluminium alloy and EN ISO 11120 for large tubes, ready for industrial and research applications.
The difference between a good and a poor pressure vessel often appears only after years of service, which is why material and heat treatment records matter. Steel for our cylinders is traceable to a cast, wall thickness is measured at several points, and each vessel receives a hydraulic proof test with expansion measurement. Valves are torqued, leak tested and fitted with the correct thread for the gas family. We can also supply cylinder bundles and manifold racks that let you combine several vessels into a single high flow supply, always with regulators and pressure relief devices rated for the highest pressure in the system.
