Filling and testing follow ISO 9809 for seamless steel cylinders, EN 1964 for cylinder design, ISO 8573-1 air purity classes and the TPED directive, suitable for industrial and laboratory use.
Typical supply formats include single 50 litre cylinders at 200 bar, 300 bar composite cylinders for lighter handling, and 12-cylinder bundles on a common header. A 50 litre cylinder at 300 bar holds roughly 15 cubic metres of free air, which is why one pack can replace a long run of low-pressure cylinders. Outlets are supplied with DIN 477 or international connections, and customers can specify a burst-protected valve or a residual-pressure valve to keep the cylinder from being contaminated when emptied.
