The design draws on EN ISO 7291, ISO 9809, EN 1964 and CGA V-1 connection standards, with safety discharge elements to ISO 4126.
The system approach brings practical advantages during installation. Dimensions are agreed at the outset, so the rack fits through doors and onto its base without modification. Connections to the user line are positioned at the correct height and orientation, and drain and vent points are routed to a safe location. Where several gases are needed, separate rack systems can be arranged side by side, each with its own colour code and non-interchangeable connection thread. Gas consumption is monitored by weighing, pressure logging or simple cylinder counting, and refill orders are triggered before the supply runs low. A customer can start with one bank and later add a second bank for automatic changeover, since headers are designed with spare ports that can be extended without replacing the original assembly.
