A typical 16-cylinder bundle of 50-litre cylinders at 200 bar holds around 150 cubic metres of gas, so a manifold must be sized for flow as well as pressure. We match the end-block outlet, the regulator body and the downstream pipe diameter to your peak consumption, and can supply a changeover panel for two bundles in service.
Bundles are normally delivered on a pallet or in a lifting frame, and the manifold should be mounted so that the end-block valve stays accessible. Keep the pack upright, protected from direct sun and away from heat sources, and record the pressure at each shift. Empty packs are collected on the next delivery so that stock turns over smoothly.
