โ๏ธ Trusted Gas Solutions
Place a cylinder on scales during charging; recorded weight is the most reliable way of delivering the manufacturer's stated charge. Use the liquid line for charging where the manifold allows, and avoid overfilling a cylinder during recovery, which is limited to about 80 % of its water capacity. Mark recovered cylinders clearly, and never reuse a disposable vessel.
Good habits make a cylinder last. Wipe the valve outlet before connecting, use a fresh seal in the hose coupling, and close the valve fully after each job before disconnecting. Never leave a cylinder connected to a warm system overnight, and do not stack them horizontally without chocks. Many technicians keep a simple log noting the date, job address and kilograms drawn from each cylinder, which helps with F-gas record-keeping and shows the customer exactly how much refrigerant was added. We can provide a printable log sheet with your order if you wish. New technicians will find our short checklist for connecting, charging and disconnecting especially useful during their first weeks on the road.
