Breathing blends are produced with reference to EN 12021 for respirable gas purity, ISO 7396-1 for medical gas pipeline context and ISO 6142 for gravimetric preparation, for commercial diving and clinical supply customers.
Typical cylinder sizes run from 10 to 50 litres at 200 or 232 bar, with aluminium and steel options. Oxygen-rich blends above 23% need oxygen-clean hardware, so valves, O-rings and lubricants are chosen with that duty in mind. Helium is blended with care because it is a small, fast-moving molecule that exposes weak seals, which is why every valve is leak-tested after filling.
