REAL GAZ supplies this product according to ADR UN 1072 classification, EN 1964 cylinder requirements and ISO 7225 labelling, suitable for industrial and laboratory use.
A 50 litre cylinder at 200 bar contains roughly 10 cubic metres of gas, and a pack of twelve such cylinders provides around 120 cubic metres through a single outlet. Such packs are mounted on a frame, easy to lift by forklift and straightforward to change.

Compressed gas stores a great deal of energy. Always secure cylinders, use pressure regulators designed for oxygen and never lubricate valves or fittings. Report any damaged valves immediately and do not attempt repair on site.

Where consumption is steady, we suggest a changeover manifold with a reserve bank, so the supply switches automatically when one bank runs low. Staff then replace empty cylinders at a convenient time, without stopping work in progress. Deliveries are made by trained drivers in vehicles fitted with racks, so cylinders and bundles arrive upright, secured and undamaged, with a delivery note listing every serial number.
