Compressed Freon R-134A โ€” liquefied refrigerant under controlled pressure
Compressed Freon R-134A is shorthand for liquefied HFC-134a, which condenses at modest pressure and stays liquid inside the cylinder at normal temperatures.
REAL GAZ fills cylinders within the permitted filling ratio, leaving a vapour space for safety.
Filling follows EN ISO 10297 valve practice, ISO 817 naming and ADR UN 3159 rules, suitable for service and installation use.
Pressure in the cylinder depends on temperature, rising from around 3 bar at 0 ยฐC to well over 10 bar at 50 ยฐC. For that reason cylinders must never be stored in direct sun or inside a closed vehicle. Draw liquid with the cylinder inverted or fitted with a dip pipe when charging by liquid.

๐Ÿญ Where Liquefied R-134a Is Used
  • โš™๏ธ Car workshops โ€” technicians recharge air conditioning after leak repair;
  • ๐Ÿ”ฌ Cold storage โ€” service of walk-in freezers and display cases;
  • ๐Ÿฅ Heat pump installation โ€” initial charge of compatible units;
  • ๐Ÿš€ Transport refrigeration โ€” reefer trailers and vans.

๐Ÿ’ก Why Choose REAL GAZ
  • โœ… Safe filling limit โ€” vapour space protects against overfill;
  • ๐Ÿงช Easy handling โ€” clear valve and label design;
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Recovery friendly โ€” empties are collected;
  • ๐Ÿ”’ Traceable โ€” cylinder numbers link to fill records.
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Certificate of Analysis (CoA) โ€” supplied with every order.

๐Ÿ”ฌ Quality Control & Safety
  • gas purity check;
  • moisture and acid number testing;
  • weighing at fill;
  • leak test and valve capping.
Cylinders and packaging comply with ADR / UN transport rules and relevant EN/ISO standards.

โš™๏ธ Trusted Gas Solutions
REAL GAZ supplies compressed Freon R-134A to HVAC contractors and fleets in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Uzbekistan and the USA, advising on safe charging and gas recovery.
Charging a system correctly means evacuating it to a deep vacuum, confirming it holds, and then weighing in the specified mass. Overcharging raises head pressure and wastes energy, while undercharging starves the evaporator. Always follow the equipment manufacturer's figure, record the amount added, and fit a drier if the circuit has been opened for repair.
Cylinder choice influences handling. A 13.6 kg cylinder is convenient for mobile service vans, while a 30 kg cylinder suits workshops and installers who charge several systems each week. Some cylinders have separate liquid and vapour valves, so check the connection before use. We help customers understand the difference, supply suitable hoses, and arrange exchange so that empty cylinders go back for inspection, refilling and re-testing on schedule. Keep a log of charges per system and report any frequent top-ups, since repeated losses point to a leak that should be repaired rather than refilled.
