Every cylinder needs periodic inspection, often every two to five years depending on the type, the gas and the local rule. The process includes removing the valve, examining the interior with a light or camera, checking threads, measuring wall thickness where relevant, and carrying out a hydrostatic pressure test. Cylinders that pass receive a new test stamp and a fresh valve seal; those that fail are removed from service permanently. We handle collection, testing through approved bodies and return delivery, and we keep a register of dates for your fleet so that no cylinder is filled after its test period has expired.
